Liability<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1937\" data-end=\"2387\"><li data-start=\"1937\" data-end=\"2037\"><p data-start=\"1939\" data-end=\"2037\">JBB Car Cosmetics Ltd. performs its services with the care required by professional standards.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2038\" data-end=\"2109\"><p data-start=\"2040\" data-end=\"2109\">The company is not responsible for any personal belongings in the vehicle.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2110\" data-end=\"2216\"><p data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2216\">The customer must deliver the vehicle in a condition that allows safe working.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2217\" data-end=\"2387\"><p data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2387\">The result achieved during the foiling and polishing process depends on the previous condition of the car and the materials used, so a completely uniform result cannot be guaranteed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2389\" data-end=\"2392\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2427\">6. Cancellation and change of date<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2428\" data-end=\"2630\"><li data-start=\"2428\" data-end=\"2527\"><p data-start=\"2430\" data-end=\"2527\">The client may change or cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance free of charge.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2630\"><p data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2630\">In case of cancellation within 24 hours, the service provider is entitled to charge 50% of the service fee.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2632\" data-end=\"2635\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2637\" data-end=\"2656\">7. Handling complaints<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2657\" data-end=\"2811\"><li data-start=\"2657\" data-end=\"2750\"><p data-start=\"2659\" data-end=\"2750\">The customer can send a written complaint to the following e-mail address: <strong data-start=\"2723\" data-end=\"2748\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2725\" data-end=\"2746\">jakabosbeni@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2751\" data-end=\"2811\"><p data-start=\"2753\" data-end=\"2811\">We will respond to complaints within 15 working days.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2813\" data-end=\"2816\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2818\" data-end=\"2835\">8. Data management<\/h3><p data-start=\"2836\" data-end=\"2970\">The detailed rules of data management are set out in the Privacy Policy, which is available on the provider's website and on the premises.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2972\" data-end=\"2975\" \/><h3>9.
