2. Scope of services

Services provided by BB Autocosmetics:

  • Exterior car wash and manual cleaning

  • Polishing and bodywork care

  • Interior cleaning, upholstery cleaning

  • Foiling (body and glass foiling)

  • Other car cosmetic services


3. Booking and performance

  • Our services can be booked in advance, in person, by phone or e-mail.

  • The customer must provide precise details of the vehicle and the service required.

  • The duration of the service may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.


4. Fees and payment terms

  • The current tariffs for services are available on site and on our website.

  • The prices indicated are gross prices, including VAT.

  • Payment method: cash or bank transfer, in some cases by credit card.

  • By using the service, the customer accepts the current price list.


5. Liability

  • JBB Car Cosmetics Ltd. performs its services with the care required by professional standards.

  • The company is not responsible for any personal belongings in the vehicle.

  • The customer must deliver the vehicle in a condition that allows safe working.

  • The result achieved during the foiling and polishing process depends on the previous condition of the car and the materials used, so a completely uniform result cannot be guaranteed.


6. Cancellation and change of date

  • The client may change or cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance free of charge.

  • In case of cancellation within 24 hours, the service provider is entitled to charge 50% of the service fee.


7. Handling complaints

  • The customer can send a written complaint to the following e-mail address: jakabosbeni@gmail.com

  • We will respond to complaints within 15 working days.


8. Data management

The detailed rules of data management are set out in the Privacy Policy, which is available on the provider's website and on the premises.


9. Other provisions

  • The Civil Code (Act V of 2013) and the applicable Hungarian legislation shall apply in matters not regulated in these GTC.

  • The service provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC, the amendment shall enter into force from the date of publication.
