2. Purpose of data processing

The purpose of data processing is to provide BB Autókozmetika's services and to maintain contact with customers, in particular:

• appointment booking, service provision, billing

• maintaining customer contact (telephone, e-mail)

• complaint handling

• meeting legal obligations (keeping accounting records)

3. Scope of data processed

The following personal data may be processed from the customer when using the service:

• Name

• e-mail address

• phone number

• vehicle details (registration number, type, condition)

• billing details (name, address, tax number - for legal persons)

4. Legal basis for processing

The processing is based on the following legal bases:

• GDPR Article 6 (1) b) - performance of a contract (provision of services)

• GDPR Article 6 (1) c) - meeting legal obligations (keeping accounting records)

• GDPR Article 6 (1) f) - the legitimate interest of the controller (maintaining the customer relationship)

5. Duration of data storage

• Booking data: for 1 year after the service is provided.

• Accounting data: for 8 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.

• Complaint handling data: for 5 years after the complaint is closed.

6. Data processors

Personal data may only be accessed by the data controller and its appointed processors.
Data processors for example:

• Shared space provider: DEVBOX Ltd.

• Accountant, billing partner (if any)

7. Data transmission

Personal data is only transferred to third parties by the data controller on the basis of a legal obligation (e.g. NAV).

8. Rights of data subjects

Customers have the following rights:

• Request information about the data processed

• Access and request a copy

• Request a correction

• Erasure ("right to be forgotten"), unless there is a legal obstacle

• Restrictions on data processing

• Data portability

• Objection to data processing
